 Dave Gardner has been a Realtor in Colorado since May 1986 (over 30 years!). He brings a vast amount of expert knowledge and experience to every real estate transaction. He has sold over 2,000 properties during his career in the South Metro Denver area including Douglas, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Elbert and northern El Paso Counties. 

 Dave has been the #1 Agent for selling Vacant Land/Lots/Acreage in Douglas County for many years. His team of talented professionals specialize in real estate contracts, marketing, and finance to ensure his transactions receive outstanding service. We partner with lenders, title professionals and over 500 real estate brokers at Keller Williams Realty to help buyers and sellers reach their goals.   

The "Results Team" is a tight-knit group of agents and administrative specialists,  helping clients buy and sell real estate in Larkspur and surrounding areas.      

We are always jumping in and finding ways to further support the community we love. You will find the Team at many community events including being proud sponsors of the Boot Scoot and Fall Festival to support the Larkspur Elementary PTO. We are members of the Larkspur Chamber of Commerce. In addition, the team enjoys decorating one of the Christmas Trees in the Larkspur Town Park every year. You are also almost sure to find Dave and other team members at most of the community events.

    This is important. One Agent can only do so much before they become overwhelmed and start “dropping the ball”. We run our operation much like a doctor’s office. Remember the last time you visited the doctor? You saw a series of specialists as part of the appointment. Those people include the PA who weighs you and check your blood pressure. Then the person who draws blood, the head nurse, and FINALLY the doctor. Oh, and then there were the paperwork people as you check out, followed by the folks at the pharmacy. Imagine if the doctor had to do all those jobs (like in the “olden” days). They would see very few patients. And all of those specialists are actually BETTER than the doctors at their particular specialty, because they do it all day every day. The DOCTOR now gets to focus on what the doctor does BEST.
